For relocation management companies
An auto transport supplier you can put in front of your clients
Your client is the employer. When a transferee's car shows up late, damaged, or with a surprise bill, it's your service score that takes the hit. We built our whole process so that doesn't happen, and so you can see it not happening.
- Written price that holds. No budget overruns from "the carrier needs more."
- No cash to the driver. Nobody hands a driver cash at delivery.
- $100,000 contingent cargo policy in our name, behind the carrier's.
- Status you can report. MCS OnTrack portal, plus optional LiveTrack vehicle GPS.

Who it helps
Your transferee and your team.
For the transferee
They're starting a new job in a new city with a family in tow. They get a real person who calls, a pickup planned around their move, and the truth about the date, even when it's not what they want to hear.
For your consultants
One contact at MCS who knows your program. No chasing drivers. No surprise invoices. Status they can pass to the employer without making a phone call.

Questions supplier teams ask us
Are you a carrier or a broker?
A licensed and bonded property broker, USDOT 2310535, MC 787159. We assign vetted carriers, monitor them daily, and stand between your transferee and the truck. We hold the carrier's pay until delivery.
Can you invoice us instead of charging the transferee?
[DIRECT BILLING: confirm terms before launch] Either way, we hold the carrier's pay until the car is delivered and inspected, so the transferee keeps the leverage.
What paperwork can you provide for supplier onboarding?
Certificate of insurance, W-9, broker authority, and our process documentation. Ask for anything else your supplier review needs. [CONFIRM: available compliance documents]
How do we get quotes and status?
Through the MCS OnTrack portal: quote, book and track shipments for your transferees in one place, walled off from every other client. Or call your MCS contact.
Do you cover multi-car households?
Yes. Quote every car in the household together, and we'll plan them on one truck where we can.
