MCS LiveTrack. The tracker is in the car.
You'll be in a hotel, an airport, or on the floor of an empty new house. You'll want to know where your car is without calling anyone. Everyone else's "GPS tracking" is the driver's phone. Ours is a device we mail you. It goes in the glovebox. The driver can't turn it off. He doesn't even know it's there.
- Tracks your car, not the driver
- Mailed to you before pickup
- Live map link for the whole trip

Why it matters when you're moving
A move is a hundred moving parts. The car is one you can't see. It leaves your driveway on a truck with a stranger, and for the next week or two all you have is a phone number. LiveTrack replaces that phone number with a map. You check it when you want, from wherever you are. No calls. No "let me find out and get back to you."
Why "GPS tracking" usually doesn't work
Here's what most companies mean by tracking: an app on the driver's phone, or a driver who checks in when he feels like it. He turns the app off. His phone dies. He's "two hours out" when he's two states out. You call the broker. The broker calls the driver. Nobody answers.
Some companies now advertise GPS tracking that customers say didn't work at all. A feature that fails is worse than no feature.
How LiveTrack works
- Before pickup: we mail you the tracker.
- Glovebox: you put it in the car. That's it.
- Live map: you get a link and watch your car the whole way. So do we.
- Delivery: [CONFIRM: what the customer does with the device after delivery].
What LiveTrack has caught
The abandoned truck. A customer added LiveTrack simply for peace of mind. Partway through the trip, the driver quit, left the entire truckload of vehicles on the side of the road, and caught a flight home. The carrier had no idea where its truck was. We gave them the exact location right away. They sent a new driver, and every vehicle on that truck was delivered safe and sound.
The car that went home with the driver. The tracker showed a customer's car leave the route, sit overnight in a residential driveway more than 20 miles away, then come back. We called the carrier before the customer even knew.
The everyday stuff. "I'm two hours out." The tracker says otherwise. We catch it, and we tell you the truth.

Questions about tracking your car
What is MCS LiveTrack?
MCS LiveTrack is Mr. Car Shipper's GPS tracking service. We mail you a small GPS device before pickup. It goes in your glovebox, and you watch your car on a live map the whole trip.
How is LiveTrack different from other companies' GPS tracking?
Other companies' "GPS tracking" is usually an app on the driver's phone, or a driver checking in. The driver controls it. He can turn it off. LiveTrack tracks the car itself, and the driver doesn't know it's there.
Does LiveTrack cost extra?
LiveTrack is an add-on service. It's one charge per shipment: [LIVETRACK PRICE]. Ask for it when we call.
Has LiveTrack ever actually caught a problem?
Yes. We've located a truck after a driver quit mid-route and abandoned it, caught a driver who took a customer's car home, 20+ miles each way, and caught plenty of "I'm two hours out" when he wasn't.
