For HR, talent acquisition and mobility teams

Moving a new hire across the country? We'll move the car.

You worked hard to land this person. The move is their first real experience with your company. If the car shows up late, damaged or with a surprise bill, that's what they'll remember. Give them a car shipper you don't have to babysit.

  • One link for your people. Their price online in minutes, then a real person calls.
  • A written price. Your relocation budget doesn't get a surprise.
  • Bill the company or the employee. [DIRECT BILLING: confirm], or itemized invoices for reimbursement.
  • One contact at MCS. Not a call center.

The MCS delivery process

Here's exactly what happens to your car. Day by day. Who does it. What you get.

Moving is stressful because you never know what's coming next. So here's the whole road for your car, before you take the first step.

  1. Day 0

    Get your price online

Tell us where, when and what you drive. Your price is built from what carriers are being paid on your route right now. If the numbers are thin, a person checks it first.

You get: one written, guaranteed price
  2. Next

    A real person calls you

Your MCS team walks through your move dates, open or enclosed, LiveTrack, and anything unusual. No deposit, no pressure.

You get: two names and a direct line
  3. Before pickup

We assign a carrier we check

FMCSA record, insurance verified with the insurer, crash history. Monitored continuously, not checked once.

    You get: the carrier's identity
  4. Before pickup

    Your LiveTrack tracker arrives

A small GPS tracker in your mailbox. Glovebox. Done.Optional add-on.

You get: your live map link
  5. Pickup day

    Inspection, photos, card charged

The driver documents the car's condition. Your card is charged on pickup day. We hold every dollar. No cash changes hands.

You get: the signed inspection report
  6. In transit

    You focus on the move

Boxes, kids, the new house. That's your week. The car is ours. Your MCS team keeps you posted and answers the phone.

You get: updates without chasing anyone
  7. Delivery

You inspect. Then we pay the carrier.

Compare the car to the pickup report and sign. Anything wrong? Call us that day. We're still holding his pay.

You get: your car, and leverage if it's not right

Moving is stressful enough

Five car worries we take off your plate. Every one backed by something we control.

All our protections →
Worry #1 · "The price will change"

Written Price Guarantee.

You're budgeting a whole move. The quote you sign is the price you pay. Period. Some "price locks" come with a cap. Ask what it is. Ours has none.

How the guarantee works
Worry #2 · "My car will get damaged"

A claim plan, and a $100K policy behind it.

We're still holding the carrier's pay when your car arrives, so a claim gets attention. If the carrier's insurer denies or can't cover a legitimate claim, our own $100,000 contingent cargo policy is behind it. Included on every shipment.

How claims work →
Worry #3 · "It won't show up on time"

Honest dates, because honest prices.

Cars get "delayed" when the broker posted a price no truck will take. We quote what carriers actually want, so your car gets attention. If it's going to be late, we tell you.

See the timeline →
Worry #4 · "I won't know where my car is"

MCS LiveTrack. The tracker is in the car.

Everyone else's "GPS tracking" is the driver's phone. Ours is a device we mail you. It goes in the glovebox. The driver can't turn it off. Optional add-on.

How LiveTrack works →
Worry #5 · "Who is hauling my car?"

A carrier we check, and keep checking.

Insurance lapses. Authority gets pulled. So we monitor our carriers continuously: FMCSA record, insurance verified with the insurer, crash history.

How we vet carriers →
And the one nobody else will say

We never buy or sell your request.

When you fill out our form, one company sees it. Us. Your phone won't ring 12 times tomorrow. That's also why we can quote you honestly. We're not racing a dozen other brokers to the lowest fake number.

HR teams

Questions HR teams ask us

We don't use a relocation company. Can we still work with you?

Yes. That's who this page is for. Give your people our link, or have them call. We handle everything from quote to delivery.

Can you bill the company directly?

[DIRECT BILLING: confirm terms before launch] Or your employee books and pays by card, and we send an itemized invoice they can submit for reimbursement.

Our employees get a lump sum. How does that work?

They book with us like any other customer and pay by card at pickup. We send an itemized invoice for their records. Here's the page you can send them.

Can we see how our employees' shipments are going?

With your employee's OK, yes. We can keep your HR contact posted at booking, pickup and delivery, or give your team access to the MCS OnTrack portal.

Make the move the easy part of the new job.
